Rx Innovations has been taking care of DD Waiver clients across the state of New Mexico since 2002. Our pharmacists and staff are experts on the rules and regulations that govern these facilities. We go the extra mile to ensure that each company we work with receives the best care tailored to their specific preferences. Our mission is to alleviate the workload on direct care staff by providing organized and efficient pharmacy services.

We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm and have Saturday hours from 9:00am to 1:00pm. You will also have 24/7 access to a local pharmacist for after hour fills and deliveries.

Enhanced communications: anytime you will not be receiving a prescription you will get a phone call and a communication sheet
Free daily delivery for in town clients
Medication Administration Records (MARs): both electronic and paper options
Physician order forms
Web portal access: to see patient profiles, print MARs, access to prescription copies, and more
Consulting: monthly or quarterly review as appropriate by state law
Great over the counter drug pricing
Monthly billing statements: can be addressed to facility or to individual responsible for patient’s bill
